With our trips quickly approaching we are down to the wire with trying to raise enough money to pay for our gas to and from our Mission Sites (unless you want to get stranded in Pittsburg or Tennessee).
We also have to pay for van rentals, meals, t-shirts, ...
We do not want to raise the price of our trip so....
We are asking that EVERY mission team member gets a minimum of FOUR sponsors for our Mini Golf Outing!
If we were to all do this we would be in good shape!!
This make this happen!!!!
Please go to the Mini Golf page for the sponsor form or contact Joanne - I have bundles of 5 printed out and ready for you!!
It's that time to fill out the lovely Mountain T.O.P. paperwork!
Please remember - if you are a minor I must notarize your Medical Release Form for Mountain TOP - you and your parent must sign it with me present.
I will be around all weekend if you would like to make arrangements to pick up the forms or you can print them out yourself from this post.
If you have any questions please feel free to text me.
**Do not fill out the part where it says Camp Director Name. Thank you.
